Patrice de Villiers' recently shot black & white series for Harrods Magazine has just won her the Jasmine Visual Award 2011 which celebrates excellence in fragrance journalism and photography.
The pictures were taken to illustrate the excellent article Les Fleurs du Mal which investigates the more sinister side of floral based scents, written by international perfume expert Tony Marcus.
"Tuberose is a flower that stands for, 'dangerous pleasures', as narcotic as it is overpowering."

EPICness
Apart from the fact that Andrzej Dragan's powerful portrait only appears for about, oh... TWO SECONDS (sob) the making-of video for Channel 4's EPIC poster for The Promise is really something.
Pretty staggering to see the amount of work that went into making Israel's model landscape and how this was then combined with Dragan's photograph.

DDB, Warsaw commissioned Andrzej Dragan to create this ad campaign for Pilsner. Not depicting anyone in particular (although could be mistaken for Franz Joseph of the Austro Hungarian Empire), Dragan has created a modern day interpretation, of a renaissance battle.
