Oli Kellett for MicroLoan
MicroLoan's mobile campaign has just won a Gold Lion at this year's Cannes Lion Awards. The campaign launch at Westfield featured an interactive billboard – as people Tweeted donations, pennies were added to the board, eventually forming a picture of the women that the donation helped. These original portraits were shot by our Oli.

Stuart Hall for Hiscox
There aren't many photographers who relish the thought of staying up all night to get the perfect morning shot but this is exactly why these images by Stuart look so epic.
Shot in London and the Lake District respectively, they mirror the exact words used by the client Hiscox to represent their 'AS GOOD AS OUR WORD' tag line.

You may have seen them around town already but the best bit, there is still one more to hit the highways! Watch this space...

Rob Payne - Pan European Campaign for Kronenbourg
These stunning shots were taken by Rob in Paris last month. They encapsulate a mixture of landscapes with complimentary, detailed still life.
Some shot in studio, such as the terrace, and then set into the view of Paris alongside individually shot hot air balloons. Eye catching non?
The eagle eyed amongst you will recognise the clever use of Kronenbourg's brand colours in the images: dark blue landscapes with red used to pick out the details.
Beer anyone?

Elise Dumontet shoots Gok Wan and Tom Daley
Aside from her usual hair and beauty photography, Elise often shoots for her best friend Gok. Naturally he asked her to shoot the cover for his new cook book 'Gok Cooks Chinese'. Over the past ten years or so Elise has been taught to do a mean dim-sum dish or two by her 'intrepid master' Mr Wan!
Penguin came back a week later to see if she would shoot for them again, this time Tom Daley for the cover of his biography (still only 17!) which has just hit the shelves.

Peter Lippmann for GHD
Every girl's best friend, GHD, were looking to give the still life side of their latest campaign a sumptuous and rich feel to match their newly designed higher end products.
King of Opulence, Peter Lippmann, was a clear front runner for the job and he joined forces with Paris based Herve Sauvage who built the atmospheric forest backgrounds.
Hard to demonstrate wind power in a print execution, but we like to think he cracked it.
Thanks to the great team at RKCR/Y&R.

Stakeout in the Lake District
Stuart Hall was shooting in the Lake District for VCCP, but the location he chose just happened to be the favourite haunt of a local amateur photographer...
In order to claim his territory and nab the best spot for his tripod, Stuart and the crew had to arrive before sunrise and set up in the dark.
The shot turned out beautifully though – so maybe a little bit of competition is never a bad thing?
Keep an eye out for some epic 96-sheet vistas all around London from May.

Our photographers are all over Feature Shoot
We are Feature Shoot's biggest fans. This week saw two more of our photographers featured on their blog: Oli Kellett's Quirky Photographs of a Fictitious Olympic Team, and Kitschy Brothel Interiors Photographed by Jasper White. A couple weeks ago when Feature Shoot blogged about Peter Lippmann's Paradise Parking his web traffic went through the roof, so here's hoping the same happens for both Oli and Jasper! (Now we just need to get the rest of our fab photogs on there...)

Elise Dumontet's Moving Images
Elise has teamed up with director Rowland Jobson to create three new pieces of work on film: "The Drop", "Aniko" and "Memoires". Each film was inspired by a different 1970's retro image and has its own colour grade done by Matt Turner at Rushes. Read a great review of the works in Creative Review's Feed.

Oli Kellett: Frozen on the shore
Just before Christmas Oli Kellett shot a group of 30 models running through the sand for The Sun. With a crew of 50+ this was no small production and the freezing temperatures weren't ideal.
As Oli reports:
"West Wittering beach was -4 C at 6:30 am when the sun came up. By noon it was only one degree above freezing. Still, you wouldn't know how cold it was by looking at the final image!"

How did they...?
Some behind the scenes action from last week's shoots...
No, it's not an Arts & Crafts meeting - but the very talented Parisian stop motion animators TwoLeftHands using strings of Swarovski crystals to make a moveable bejewelled sea - for Credit Suisse with Peter Lippmann.
Beate Sonnenberg and her assistant trying to figure out the best angle on the packs for her first ever TV ident - for Tena through DLKW Lowe and involving a trip to Cape Town.
The moulds that eventually churned out the uncannily realistic models for Patrice de Villiers' shoot for Victoria Biscuits - genuinely almost fooling the experts at United Biscuits HQ!
